Well people what is ICQ Plus ??? well it is a program that enable u to change the skin look of ur boring old ICQ (the grey color looks) well if u ask me,I would like to thanks the guys and gals that made this program coz I really was tired wz the old grey look ... well anyway if u dont have the program yet well u can dload it 4 FREE at download.com put a search for Icq Plus there .. and surely u'll come across one ... OR if u r really in a hurry just CLICK HERE ! to download the ICQ Plus v2.01 but bear in mind that this is a zip file so u have to unzip it first
